1. Network practices
Blocking
We do not block lawful content, applications, services, or non-harmful devices, subject to reasonable network management.
Throttling
We do not degrade or impair access to lawful internet traffic on the basis of content, application, service, user, or use of a non-harmful device, subject to reasonable network management.
Paid prioritization
We do not engage in paid prioritization — we do not favor some internet traffic over other traffic in exchange for payment or to benefit an affiliate.
Congestion management
Our fiber network is engineered with capacity headroom. We monitor utilization continuously and add capacity proactively. We do not use application-specific or usage-based congestion management, and we do not throttle, prioritize, or de-prioritize any customer’s traffic based on volume of use.
Application-specific behavior
We do not modify protocol fields, block or rate-limit specific protocols or ports, or inhibit the use of any lawful application, except as needed for security (see below).
Device attachment rules
You may attach any lawful, non-harmful device to your connection. Customer-provided routers and firewalls are supported. Equipment we install (the optical network terminal) must remain connected for the service to function.
Security
We take reasonable, application-agnostic steps to protect the network and our customers, including filtering traffic with spoofed source addresses, mitigating denial-of-service attacks, and responding to abuse reports sent to abuse@sixtofiber.net. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Performance characteristics
Service description
Sixto Fiber provides fixed, symmetrical fiber-optic internet access for business customers. Service tiers and their advertised speeds are listed on the Plans & Pricing page and in the Plan Facts.
Actual performance
Because service is delivered over dedicated fiber, customers typically see sustained throughput at or near the full provisioned symmetrical rate. Actual speed, latency, and packet loss depend on your equipment, in-building wiring, and the destination you are reaching. Contact us if your connection is not performing as expected.
Impact of specialized services
Sixto Fiber does not currently offer services over the same last-mile connection that are not broadband internet access. If that changes, this section will describe them and confirm they are not provisioned in a way that degrades internet access.
3. Commercial terms
Pricing
Current pricing, fees, and promotional terms are on the Plans & Pricing page and in each plan’s Plan Facts. Taxes and government fees are additional.
Privacy
Our handling of customer traffic and personal information is described in the Privacy & CPNI Policy.
Redress options
Questions or complaints about our network practices can be sent to service@sixtofiber.net or (877) 364-8080. Customers may also contact the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.
